ATS Group are specialists in mediating the sale of used equipment for the construction and transport industry. Our registered address is Industriveien 43B, 7080 Heimdal, Norway.
What Is Personal Data?
Personal information is all information and assessments that can be linked to you as an individual.
Typical personal data are name, address, telephone number, e-mail, and social security number. According to the law, certain identification numbers are also personal data, including IP address and cookie ID/online identifier. Why Do We Collect Personal Data?
The purpose of processing personal data is to register usage and traffic patterns on our underlying domains, where advertisements and auctions take place. The underlying websites have their own privacy policies describing how personal data is managed and protected.
BDO AS shall, according to the agreement (~data processing agreement) with us, process your personal data in the way we decide. We instruct the data processor to ensure proper information security, including that personal data cannot be transferred to others.

ATS Group employees will have access to website traffic and analytics, as well as any personal data entered directly through other channels such as email and telephone. Additionally, technical system administrators (BDO AS) have access to these solutions. We neither sell nor rent information provided by you to third parties.

What Rights Do You Have?
As a user, you have the right to demand access to the personal data that we process about you and how it is processed. You can also demand correction, deletion, and restrictions in processing in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Where processing is based on consent, you can withdraw consent at any time.
If you believe that ATS Group has not respected your rights in accordance with GDPR, you have the right to complain to your country's data protection authority or Datatilsynet in Norway.
Social Media
If you choose to follow ATS Group on social media, note that personal data you provide to these media can be read, collected, and used by other users of those services. We have little or no control over, and are not responsible for, the use or misuse of personal data you contribute on social media. We only receive statistics on visits and the use of our pages but do not store this information ourselves.
